Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Aroma66 online store and every order placed through it. By completing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. The parties

The seller is Aroma66, an online store for premium car and home air fresheners, reachable at support@aroma66.com. The buyer is any person who places an order through this website.

2. Orders and prices

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. An order becomes binding once you receive an order confirmation by email. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery, by bank transfer or securely by card. For bank transfers the order is dispatched after the payment is credited to our account.

4. Delivery

We ship with Econt, Speedy and Geniki Taxydromiki. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are free for orders over 66,66 €. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days; delays caused by the courier are outside our control.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The products must be unused and in their original packaging. We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the buyer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

6. Warranty and complaints

All products carry the statutory conformity guarantee. Report a damaged, faulty or incorrect item within 14 days at support@aroma66.com, including your order number and a photo.

7. Personal data

We process your data only to fulfil your order, to provide support and — with your consent — to send you marketing messages. We never sell your data to third parties. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
