These terms govern the use of this online store and every sales contract concluded through it. Please read them before completing your order.

The company is established in another EU member state and sells cross-border at a distance to consumers in Greece.
2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products is an invitation to order. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation.
Before submitting, you see the products, quantities, prices including VAT, shipping costs and the final amount. The final button is labelled “Order with obligation to pay”.
3. Prices, VAT and charges
All prices are in euro and include VAT (-). Shipping and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown separately before payment.
Free shipping on orders over €66.66.
4. Availability and pricing errors
If an item sells out after your order, we inform you immediately and you may wait, accept a replacement or receive a full refund.
In case of an obvious typographical pricing error we are not bound by the incorrect price; we inform you before fulfilment and you may cancel free of charge.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods: card (secure payment via our provider) and cash on delivery. If a payment fails, the order is not processed and we notify you.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you upon receipt of the goods.
7. Consumer rights
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Details on the Returns and Warranty & Complaints pages.
8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The law of the seller's country of establishment applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
You may turn to a competent alternative dispute resolution body for consumers. Its details will be published here once confirmed.

These terms may change. The version in force at the time of your order applies (current version 1.0).
