How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery in Greece with Geniki Taxydromiki takes 1–3 working days, and in Bulgaria with Econt or Speedy 1–2 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Econt and Geniki Taxydromiki cost 4,66 €, Speedy costs 4,99 €. Shipping is free on every order over 66,66 € . The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery, bank transfer and secure card payment. Card payments are processed by our payment provider — we never store your card details.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier we email you a tracking number. You can also check the status at any time on our Order tracking page using your order number and the email you ordered with.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any unused product in its original, undamaged packaging. Write to support@aroma66.com and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.

Yes. Every product we sell is supplied directly by the manufacturer or an official distributor, including brands such as Areon and Carbonax.

How do I use air fresheners safely?

Keep them out of the reach of children and pets, avoid direct contact with painted, plastic or leather surfaces, and do not leave them in direct sunlight. Each product also carries its own usage instructions on the label.
