As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason.

1. When the period starts
The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a third party you designate, receive the last item of the order.
2. How to declare withdrawal
Send an unambiguous statement to support@aroma66.com or use the model form below. Sending it within the deadline is enough.
3. Returning the goods
Return the goods within 14 days of your declaration to: -.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
4. Refunds
We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of dispatch, using the same payment means, at no cost to you.
5. Exceptions
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
